Internal Database – we confidentially manage an extensive database of high quality candidates currently registered within our business reaching across the UK, Western Europe and North America.
A high percentage of our candidates are either known to us in a professional capacity or have registered following personal recommendation. Without exception, all candidates are personally interviewed by us prior to submission to shortlist.
External Database / Search and Selection
At Knight Street, we have built our reputation on listening carefully to our clientâ€™s specific requirements and then confidentially going to market in search of the most suitable candidates against a set criteria. More and more (where appropriate) our search will lead us beyond the constraints of the traditional talent pool to source candidates from a much wider spectrum of industries e.g. Non-Food FMCG, Workplace, Facilities Management, B2B and B2C across all locations.
Networking – we have built a very large network of candidates and contacts over the years. These individuals are well known to us, trust us and are therefore often willing to introduce us to their extended networks across the UK, Europe and North America.
Advertising â€“ to complement our database and search facilities, from time to time we also advertise online and in print as it keeps our network current and introduces us to new talent. Â We post adverts on various specialist and trade press websites.
